"So the place itself is beautiful, beautiful architecture inside and out. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was awesome. The problem? Communication, lack of responsibility, and blatant disregard for basic needs. First, the couches are not meant for casual relaxation… the whole place is out of a Wayfair catalog. Staying for a week was very uncomfortable so much so I checked out a day early. When I discovered there was no microwave I reached out only to be responded to by an AI...

"The hotel needs updating especially the bathroom. Our thermostat was not working in our room so we had to control the temperature from the unit itself. Did not feel real cold air coming out at all and left our room pretty damp. Location could be better but it was a nice stay and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful"
