This hotel has everything you need. It is connected to the Metro, the breakfast is incredible with the best omelette I ever had and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. The staff was great too. You can’t beat all that for the amazing price for a nice family weekend away. We will be back.

Positives: The staff was friendly, and breakfast was great. However, the rooms had a very musty smell and felt very damp. The shower also had a ring in the bottom to where it didn't appear clean, and the drain was backed up so water pooled around my feet. Right outside our hotel room there was a stack of old pizza boxes that was there nearly our whole stay. The stairway also smelt AWFUL.

The main areas were nice and clean and up to date. However, my room was old with chip paint in the tub they painted over which made the bathtub look dirty. I had to run and buy bath mats to take a shower. The elevators were always not working causing the entire hotel to use one elevator.

Breakfast was great. The omlete station was amazing. The staff at the restaurant was super nice. The manager does a supurb job. The evening reception has several mixed drinks you could chose from, beers, wine, and light snacks. The hot tub was nice and hot. The pool was warm. The front staff and house cleaning were accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and large enough to spread out our bags. The location is right above a metro which made travel to the national mall easy. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. Trader joes is in the same building so you can grab snacks for the room. Overall, one of the best hotels Ive stayed in. I would definitely recommend for families.

Overall, it was a very good experience! The breakfast buffet offered a lot of good choices and the staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was clean and had a mini fridge and microwave. The beds were made daily. The bathtub was a bit worn and not something I would have used, but the shower function was absolutely fine.The location is right above the Friendship Heights metro station, so super convenient for travel. There are also shops and restaurants right outside, as well as a Trader Joe's. I'd come back again!

The staff at the desk had no idea where anything was located. All I wanted to do was go from the hotel to the Washington Capitals Arena as fast as I could, and the lady at the desk had no idea she pulled out a map and sent me 25 minutes in the wrong direction by the time I got back I missed most of the game which cost me $300 otherwise the hotel was nice and in great condition and we loved staying there and it was a good value

Property wasn’t clean. Sheets were dirty upon arrival. Dirt pushed into corners and behind appliances. Elevator broken. Gym machines old and broken. Another gym but apparently it was only for staff. Pool is being used for outside classes - not open to hotel guests except select times. Property looked like it was under construction. Staff was nice, however.

The hotel is fine. Nice spacious room and very clean. We were at the 7th floor, quiet and nobody walking on top of us. Breakfast is great. Housekeeping is non existent. Asked multiple times to have at least new towels and we ended up having to get them by ourselves every day. Front desk is courteous but not efficient. Last day before leaving they assured us that the parking was paid (it’s not included but we knew it ahead) and the ticket to exit had a QR code to open the gate, but we had to go back to the front desk (the garage is underground and it’s shared with multiple businesses) and have a new QR code. The best thing is that the hotel has direct access to the metro. So it’s convenient to travel downtown
