I did not do breakfast only dinners in the hotel. Our sever not nights, same lady was great.
I used a public bathroom in the hotel two different times and the floors were filthy.
My room was ok, they left half on one roll and almost out on the other. My hand should not touch nast toilet paper of someone else using my room. The drain to the tin was backing up which is very gross to me. The wood around the sink was dusty. I stayed at your Hilton because I needed major surgery and was hoping for at minimum the feeling it would be clean for my safety. I will never spend another time ever again at your hotel. My mom is over 80 and I was hoping that expectation of cleanliness would be good for her too,
