The inn is just absolutely phenomenal. You are away from the noise and traffic. You can relax outside the room. You are still in the heart of everything. Close to restaurants and wineries and the trolley. The room is ultra clean, ultra large and very very comfortable. Its a great escape!

The front desk and staff were super helpful and FRIENDLY! The atmosphere was great, not stilted. The bed and pillows were AWESOME. I would book with them again in a heartbeat! Not to mention being next door to the train station if you’re going there with the Amtrak.

The property, both inside and out, was outstanding! The surrounding buildings, on the hill, are beautiful as well. The shower, in the Christina suite, was a great size and beautifully crafted and maintained. Loved the period, primitive, furnishings. Our suite came with complimentary breakfasts and I don't mean a continental one. Most delicious scrambled eggs I have ever eaten. The staff is wonderful, the staff that checked us in, helped with our breakfast, and brought us new cards because our first given had somehow been deactivated. The view from the adirondak chairs in the "yard" was wonderful in that you could see the river and all of the surrounding architecture. The coupons for tastings and a complimentary dessert were appreciated. Will definitely share with others about our stay.

Room was lovely and clean. Bed was comfortable. Manager was reluctant to reprogram our air conditioner thermostat to enable to set it cooler even after we told her it was too hot at night. She finally acquiesced. Other than that, our requests were handled quickly and effectively.

We have been coming to Hermann for over 43 years because of their great winery's. We loved that they beautifully restored historical old building's on the winery property with wonderful views. Very comfortable and relaxing.
