"I enjoyed the location to my visit. Unfortunately the cleanliness and condition of the property lacked attention to detail. The entire structure is need of a major overhaul. Our front door had a gap from the floor to the doorknob of quarter inch...allowing the AC to exit and an access point for insects to the room. The bathroom needed painting, sheetrock repair.... Poor appearance."

"I was caught of guard by no internet and no TV. Guess I just over looked it. Since it was only one night, no big deal. We attended an event on property. Breakfast was great. So was the bed. I would also rather a shower. There again my fault for not reading."

"We loved our stay at the P.A. Smith hotel! The staff were all amazing and accommodating. The hotel itself was historic and memorable. We appreciated the original limestone walls, little nuggets of history throughout as well as the overall vibe of our room. Very comfy bed and plenty of space!"
