"The property is very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was really clean. Breakfast was a tragedy for me. Everything from convenience foods and preservatives"

"This hotel markets a unique boutique experience, but the stay did not live up to the price. Despite arriving after check-in time, the room was not ready and an alternative room type was provided without acknowledgment or adjustment. The room itself had an unpleasant odor and felt poorly designed, especially the bathroom setup (mildew on the bottle for body wash and no fan in the bathroom to get rid of moisture) Temperature control was a major issue, with the room remaining uncomfortably warm and no functional air conditioning overnight. I was told to turn it off and open the window to cool it down. Staff response to the issue was minimal and did not reflect the level of service expected at this price point. I asked to be moved but was told they were at capacity and was offered nothing in return for my displeasure with this outcome. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and disappointing given the cost and branding. I had friends that were so interested in doing a weekend here but I’m embarrassed to say I stayed there and would have even recommend it."

"The room was very clean and in good shape. The breakfast is iffy. This is our second time here and this time they gave us a room right next to the pool where kids were screaming until 10:00 every night. I wouldn’t stay again if I had to have a room next to the pool. "
