"Real good value. The room is clean, efficient layout, good writing desk, and has good aircon (not loud). Bathroom is relatively spacious with a big window on the room. Water pressure is very good, hot water is quick, and complete amenities. Good choices for breakfast. Rooftop restaurant & swimming pool with a great view f the Phnom Penh skyline. The gym is well-equipped. Location close to riverfront, plenty of restaurants around."

"The stay was fine but it felt like you were being ripped off at the bar and restaurant. Didn’t end up spending much time at the roof top pool area because of it. The surrounding hotel area is in the red light district. Not the end of the world but not ideal for couples."

I wasn't able to enjoy the space, as each time I went up (you have to take stairs up from the top floor where restaurant is), the chairs were all taken. Otherwise, decent rooms and breakfast.
