Our reservation advised us to call before we arrived to get parking instructions and transport to the hotel instructions. "The room was very comfortable and the service was perfect. The only down side that some people should be aware of is that the there is not an elevator to the rooms which are on the top floor. This wasn't an issue for me and I was aware of it prior to checking in but, for some people, it might make a difference. The location is hard to beat being only a block from the old town"
