"The hotel is quite dated and there is no elevator. Be aware of this as you need to carry your own luggage up a dimly lit stairway. The striped carpet on the stairs is hazardous and I missed a step on my way down and nearly fell."

"Room had a layer of dust and ac stopped working overnight. Breakfast was lackluster, beds were hard, rooms are outdated, and some room finishings like curtains have rips and damage. Not the worst place to stay, it was secure and didn’t have bugs or anything, but it is rundown and not worth the price"

"Electrical outlets totally inadequate and too few for ordinary needs. Table and counter surfaces not thoroughly cleaned. Hair dryer did not work. Tissue box in bathroom nearly empty. Handrail in stairwell had a supporting bracket torn loose from wall. No grab bar in the shower. Inadequate number of choices offered for breakfast."

"A few years ago, our family stayed here and it was great. When we stayed here recently, the hotel seems to be in disrepair. The elevator is falling apart. The rooms were as clean as they could be but there were stains on the carpet and the bathroom tub wouldn't drain while you showered. I asked for a crib/pack n play for our infant and they never brought it to our room and we argued with the front desk staff that they ever even had one to lend us. We had to buy our own to use unfortunately....

"From the outside, it looks like a truckers motel. Right next to a truck stop. Duh. When I checked there was no one at the desk and access to the rooms was wide open. No interior security. The room itself was ok. Bathroom was eh. The shower was not very strong. The supplied soap and shampoo, dried my skin out terribly so. The one shinning star in this was, I lost my room key and had to wake the host up after 1:30am. They did come and get me into my room and issued another key. Found...

"Room 108 was dark, dingy and damp. Nothing would dry. On our last night my wife found the reason why: an access panel for the bathroom plumbing was open. The cover would not latch so the panel was just propped against the hole leaving it part way open. Room 108 being on the ground floor slab, this meant the hole opened directly into the ground underneath. Whether the other rooms are like this or not I cannot say. "The elevator was out of action throughout my stay - not really a problem for me but I was told it was due for imminent repair but I didn't see any work going on. Room was clean and comfortable but looking tired. Public areas were looking tired too. Staff all friendly and helpful and the free coffee and well stocked mini-store were very much appreciated"
