"New hotel. Great check-in; we received a room upgrade which I never get, so felt like we won the lottery. Drinks and dinner in the lobby bar were good. Free shuttle to/from DIA, every 30 minutes. Convenient to light rail station which we ended up using since we were running late for our flight and the trains run every 15min."

"When we checked in and got settled, we found that our bathroom light did not work and had to switch rooms. Housekeeping should have known that light didn’t work. Also at check in we let the manager know that we needed a 4 AM shuttle to go too the airport. The shuttle never arrived. At 4:20 we had to get an Uber and the person at the desk got smart with us. You shouldn’t advertise you have shuttle service every half hour when you don’t. We almost lost our 6:00 AM flight because of the no show...

"The room we stayed in AC did not work and we could not sleep all night because the temperature said 76°. I will know at 3 AM. I call down and they did end up moving us, but we were very exhausted the next day."

"Very nice and new for a basic stay. No carpet in room, pet friendly, but area still developing...no restaurant within walking, BUT level 2 and 3 EV chargepoint chargers directly behind at electric coop."

"Friendly staff, but accommodations match the price. Very thin walls and lukewarm shower. Beware if you’re taking the airport shuttle, you need to be on the RED pickup side, not blue. It was convenient once we figured that out, but there were no instructions prior to calling the hotel so we waited for an hour in the entirely wrong area."

"The property is undergoing renovation. Staff was very kind and informed us when we checked in. They explained that construction was ongoing on the 4th and 5th floor and we would hear drilling, hammering, etc. until about 5:00 pm on the day of check in. They were correct, but it literally sounded like they were in the room directly above us and we were exhausted when we checked in. The noise was so disruptive we were unable to get any sleep until the work ended. Additionally, there is...

"clean room, nice staff, great shuttle"

"The hotel was loud, screaming kids running through the hallways till about 3am got no sleep. The bathroom had a clicking noise happening all night that I couldn’t find. The blackout curtains did not stretch across the window so it was bright all night. You can hear every truck that drives by as it’s very close to the highway. Overall I would not stay here again. The vending machine is very over priced and the hot tub is not comfortable. "

"The pool was not heated. I got all ready with my suit, swim goggles, cap...I dipped my foot in the water and my guess is the temp was around 58 degrees. 80 is considered comfortable. Also, there was a bowl full of deeply brown bananas on the counter; and soupy oatmeal for breakfast. I ate food I brought. Coffee was great, though. Also, the front desk was super helpful and friendly. The condition of my room was excellent. "

"Overall good, but there must be crime in area as doors all locked except front door. Annoying for those rooms at the other end of hotel. No fan in bathroom. Staff great. "
