"Staff/manager was extremely kind and nice! Assisted me in getting checked in a bit early and helped when I had room issues. My bathroom fan didn’t work and my room had some scuffs but otherwise - all good. Just around a lot of construction at the moment."

"WE WERE DISSAPPOINTED WITH A COUPLE OF THINGS WE STAYED HERE FOR 5 NIGHTS AFTER THE SECOND NIGHT WE COMPLAINED ABOUT 2 THINGS MAIN PROBLEM WAS THE HOT WATER IN THE SHOWER. WATER WAS VERY HOT INTHE SINK BUT ONLY LUKEWARM IN THE SHOWER. WE WERE FREEZING EVERYTIME WE BATHED. ALSO THEY ASKED ABOUT CLEANING THE ROOM AND WE REQUESTED EVERY OTHER DAY CLEANING BUT IT GOT DONE ONLY ONCE THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE. JUST LEFT US IN SAME ROOM WITH NO IMPROVEMENT TO THE WATER SITUATION. HAVE BEEN STAYING...

"Very clean room and lobby. The lobby was great for hanging out and watching the news and Wheel of Fortune! The morning breakfast was well balanced with a good variety of foods that weren't all pastries. The pickleball court was a lot of fun. We didn't visit the indoor pool, but there were a lot of people in there while we played pickleball. The provided shampoo in the shower smelled great and the conditioner made my hair soft. If we ever return to Waxahachie, we will be staying here."

Not enough pillows(2 small pillows) for a king size bed, one room smelled so bad (mold and meadow) the first night, then they put us in another room, u can still smell the mold and meadow but not as bad as the first room we was in, and I was very confuse on why would u only put one set of towels in the bathroom and no towel for the floor to come out the shower. "We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with different choices. Room was clean and neat. The non smoking policy is a very good thing. Some guests are disrespectful and we could smell some marihuana smoking. I would recommend it. Some people complain about the noise from the highway; it didn’t bother me at all."

"The bear was soft. The room was so clean. I paid almost $200 for a room that was not worth it. This hotel was better than the one I paid $200 for I recommend anyone to this hotel very very clean and nice for the price that you pay you cannot beat it."
