"We stayed at this facility for 5 days. On the 2nd day we asked for the bedding to be changed. It wasn't and we had to change the bedding ourselves. On the third day we asked for the room to be cleaned. It wasn't. We ended up changing rooms to get a clean room. The swimming pool was under repair. The breakfast was nice and the breakfast staff was very friendly."

"We arrived after 1 am after being stuck on the freeway due to flooding. Our room was on the second floor (FYI no elevator). All we wanted to do was shower and sleep. When we walked into our room it appeared clean, but as I went into the bathroom, I saw the bathtub had big strips of black duct tape covering a hole in the bottom of the tub! I don’t even understand why the room was being used for guests. We were exhausted, so just went to sleep. I talked to the lady at the front desk in the morning...

"ワールドカップ時に利用。 駅から徒歩5分以内で治安が良い中に立地してます。駅は近いですがレストランやコンビニが近くにないのでやはり車の方が便利なのでしょう。 ダウンタウンと空港までは乗り換えなし。 ホテルは無料の朝食が付き、豪勢ではありませんがしっかりと食べられて充実していたと思います。オレンジ、バナナ、オートミール、ベーグルなどのパン、自分で焼くワッフル、ヨーグルト、ミルク、スクランブルエッグ、100％ジュース、薄いハンバーグ、など。 また設備が全般的に新しい、清潔なところが良い。適度なアートやメタリックをベースとした設備、備品などおしゃれです。 こじんまりして全て必要十分な全体的に満足度が高いホテルでした。"

The room looked clean at first glance, but allergy symptoms hit fast from years of built-up dust on every high surface housekeeping ignores. The shower curtain was too short for the tub and ripped in multiple places. The sink had peeling paint, the ceiling had visible water damage, and none of it is acceptable at any...
