"The property is located next to the beach- just a short walk on the boardwalk and under the oak trees . The hotel was clean and new."

"The room was clean and the bed was too soft for me and my wife but we are in our 70’s and a firmer bed is an item we need. We would like to know if the room is on the second floor with no elevator and very steep stairs and no platform to stand on when you climb 15 steps with luggage. They did not have another room for a suitable switch. It was probably my fault because I didn’t specify certain needs."
