"I had a very frustrating and unacceptable experience at a Hilton Garden Inn during my stay from April 24–27. The issues started on the very first day. After checking in around 6 PM, the hotel mistakenly assigned our room to another guest later that same night—while we were still occupying it. This was extremely concerning from both a safety and management standpoint. Throughout the entire stay, there was also no housekeeping service provided at all, which is not what I expect from a hotel of this standard. The most serious issue occurred on the evening of April 26. When we returned to the hotel, our room key no longer worked. With my young, tired kids waiting outside and all our belongings locked inside, we were left stranded. When I went to the front desk, I was told that I had already checked out and they could not let me in. Despite repeatedly explaining that my booking was until April 27, the front desk staff refused to listen. One staff member even mentioned calling the police instead of trying to resolve the situation. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told there was no manager available to speak with at all. Only after I showed my booking confirmation email did they finally verify their mistake, contact someone internally, and restore access to the room. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. This experience was extremely stressful, especially with young children involved, and reflects very poorly on the hotel’s customer service"

"This is a very nice hotel. My only complaint is with the housekeeping staff's attention to detail. Everything was clean, which is awesome. But little things, like seeing what supplies needed to be replenished - lotion, wash cloths, water bottles, etc., were lacking. Also, freshening up our room each day (we were there for 3 days) was mediocre... the bed was not remade (we had pulled up the sheets) - it still looked like someone had rolled around on it. And the room just lacked a personal touch when it came to spiffing things up."

"The suite was a great size for a large family. The breakfast was good. Didn’t have a problem parking even though the hotel was full. Staff was kind. Only problem is I booked 2 suites and they only had 1 available. "

"We arrived at 3 and were told we couldn’t check into 4. That was fine except for the tone and rudeness of the person checking no us in. At four, tried to check in again…was told we had to wait again. I’ve never had to wait past time of check in. We did not get into our room until 4:30. Then at 9:45am we had house keeping banging on our door and came in when check out wasn’t until 11! It’s a shame because it’s a lovely hotel. Also if you are sold out, like the lady told us, I would have more than just one person working the front desk and maybe who was a little less rude."
