"There were worn out sheets and pillows on our bed. The curtains had stains on them. There was hair in our shower and the floor of the bathroom. Behind the bathroom door appeared to not have been cleaned. There was high level of dust on the nook area of the bedside table where the cords are. The cords on the floor had high level of dust. The note pad appeared to be wet at some point then allowed to dry and placed back on the bedside table. There was not any body wash. It was two shampoos and one...

"Alex at the front desk was very kind when I checked in.
My room was upgraded to a suite, much to my surprise. Nice room, clean with a very comfy bed and pillows.
Nice breakfast on the morning as well.
I'll be staying here again."

"This hotel is legit trashed -- I have pictures. I tried to cancel (even though my family and I needed to stay somewhere) this place is gross and unsafe.
1 star hotel. Joke. I want a refund -- I was lead on."
