"Check in was a breeze ( self ) Property was as described in the photos. Perfect for self launching. We are new so went to Kayak Shack around the corner for launch and instructions. Property reminds me of the old Islamorada in the 80s. A welcome step back in time. Will be back foe sure"

"Took a very long time to check in because one clerk could not get into the computer system. This is an older building w outside room doors and no elevator. My room directly faced a pair of huge electrical conduit boxes sitting in parking spaces. I could not get the shower to function."

"This was my first time staying at this hotel. When I arrived the gentleman at the front desk said the key controls the lights. I looked at him puzzled like what are you talking about and he said you gotta put your key in in order to turn on the light. That was not clear direction. "The staff was short and when I tried to check out, the guy just stood in front of me and played on his phone, then answered his cell phone using his ai glasses and proceeded to ignore me until I said, should I just leave the keys here? Then he decided to help me check out! He was apparently the manager on duty so this is extremely sad! The room was dingy, the door to the bathroom was falling apart and our feet were black just walking from shower to the bed to get dressed! It was gross!!! "

"The suit was spotless, comfortable, beautiful and safe place, The restaurant has very good prices and delicious food. I had an amazing view of the gulf, an unforgettable sunset just in from of my room. "
