"This is a great boutique hotel with novel decor and comfortable beds. No service and self check in/out, although there was a young lady there when we checked in using the kiosk. It was good she was there because our credit card would not do touchless payment for the amount of the bill and she was able to use a chip card reader. If she wasn't there, I don't know what we would have done. Better to pay ahead. Info about braakfast was there, but none was actually offered. No one was there until...
"First time there. Will be back! A definite recommend if you are in the area to see the castles. Staff is very helpful and most speak English quite well. Each building is its own look, feel and room type. There are elevators but expect some walking and there are hills. Not like the hill to the castle (take the bus or horse carriage). Try it.
