"Hotel was clean but the paint in the walls was scuffed and the lack of staff was disconcerting. No greeting , computer terminals for checkin. There was an airport shuttle which took 25 minutes airport to hotel not the advertised 8-10!"

However if you are using as a day room for a layover be warned they give away the booking if you do not show up for check in the evening before. This happened to myself as well as a colleague and his family. I was however able to get the room back once I arrived as the staff were very helpful. "

"The hotel and staff were awesome. The only negative thing (complaint) I have is that for myself and my elderly mother-in-law, the walk from the train station to the pickup point at terminal 1 was rather strenuous with the luggage we had. The hike from the drop-off at the hotel parking garage to the hotel itself was again strenuous for us. But this was not the fault of the hotel and/or shuttle. They were all extremely accommodating. Will definitely use again, but with lighter luggage 😁."

"I felt my room was very clean and modern along with a nice walk in shower. The staff were very professional and friendly and even singing happy birthday to me while bringing out a couple pieces of cake on my special day. The breakfast offering was very tasty and I felt had a good selection of foods from sausage and eggs to salad to deli meats. If I am in Frankfurt again, I will seek out this hotel."
