This hotel is 2.5 star at best in North American standards. No Air Conditioning, no bug screens on the windows, spiders and bugs in the rooms all the time, the bathrooms are very small, the rooms are so hot at night you can’t sleep, the hotel is in need of some updating. It’s like it’s stuck in the 80’s. The wifi, like all over Germany, is terrible most of the time you have to disable it and switch to LTE to download anything. To the Hotels credit the front end staff is friendly, helpful and speaks very good English. The breakfast buffet is included and has a great selection. The parking is free and convenient.

Gut ausgestattetes Zimmer in hervorragendem Zustand.Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Wellness-Bereich mit schöner Sauna, Dampfbad, Schwimmbecken mit Sprudeldüsen, Whirlpool, Relax-Liegen und alles verfügbar bis 22 Uhr. Freundliches Personalan der Rezeption und im Frühstücksbereich. Die Zimmer sind gut aufgeteilt und die Betten bequem. Wenn man die Zimmerreinigung auslässt, dann bekommt man einen Token für ein Freigetränk an der Hotelbar, allerdings gilt dieser nicht für die Minibar im Zimmer, das bekommt man dann beim Checkout an der Rezeption mitgeteilt. Ob ich nun ein Flaschengetränk oder ein gezapftes an der Bar bestelle, sollte egal sein meiner Meinung nach.

Die Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. In jeder Hinsicht perfekt. Zimmer, Personal, Frühstück usw. Aber der Ausblick auf das Dach des Nachbarhauses verschlägt einem den Atem.😱😱😱 Diesen Anblick kann man zwar nur von einigen Zimmern aus "genießen". Aber da muss Abhilfe geschaffen werden. Sowas habe ich in meinem ganzen Leben noch nicht gesehen. Am liebsten hätte ich gerne selber Hand angelegt. Das tut dem Hotel nicht gut. Schade. Macht bitte was dran. Das kann so nicht bleiben. Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sowie die Gegend rund um das Hotel. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett und die Sauberkeit im Hotel ist auch gegeben. Es liegt in den Zimmerbereichen nur überall Teppich, was ich persönlich nicht so gerne mag.

Wir hatten ein barrierefreies Zimmer gebucht. Es war direkt gegenüber des Fahrstuhls. Gute Idee,aber leider hörte man die Gäste, die damit kamen, sehr gut. Im Zimmer selber war ausreichend Platz.Das Bett war bequem und auch der Balkon,der nach hinten heraus war, klein,aber sehr schön. Das einzige, was nicht so toll war, ist die bodengleiche Dusche. Es fehlte eine Haltestange und es war kein Duschvorhang vorhanden. Dadurch spritzte das Wasser auf die glatten,glänzenden Fliesen. Da ist die Rutschgefahr natürlich hoch! Für 2 Nächte ging es aber. Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Man ist zwar sehr bemüht, aber es hapert ein wenig an den kleinen Dingen: defekte Liegen, ungepflegter Außenbereich, tote Wespen in den Deckenlampen im Restaurant. Zimmer und Wellnessbereich waren sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet bot viel Abwechslung und gute Qualität. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht, aber total unterbesetzt. Insgesamt für 1-2Nächte okay.
