"We booked the room via Hotels.com. The host said they were going to send a mail on how to check in. Which we didnt recieve. One hour before arrival (still without a mail) we contacted the host on Whatsapp, without any respons. After that, we arrived at the house, and there was still nobody to let us into our room.
