Spectacular setting on the beach with a lovely pool looking over the ocean. Staff are wonderful and the curries delicious - the spa was such a great treat too.

Fantastic hotel. Beautiful rooms, lovely property, friendly and effective staff. The location just outside Galle Fort is perfect, a short walk or even shorter tuk tuk ride up the hill and the peace and sanctuary of historic Sun House. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Good stay, nice room, great staff, good breakfast, right on the beach

Incredible stay at the Charleston. The service is unbeatable and the staff were incredibly thoughtful and kind. The complimentary laundry was a most expected.

From the moment you step into cape welligama to the moment you leave, you are being looked after by the staff with such immense care and attention to detail. The responsiveness and personalisation is excellent, and a level of service I have not encountered in any hotel before. The resort is well set up for young families, and our room had easy access to what felt like a very private swimming pool. The swimming pools are set to have great views, and we had monkeys and peacocks come to say hello....

I would highly recommend Sergeant House. The rooms were very clean, beautifully decorated and good air conditioning. Lots of welcome extras included such as insect repellent, cookies, robes, sunhat and beach towels. The hotel is in a great location but set back from the road so lovely and peaceful. The manager was really helpful in arranging tours and airport transfers

Fabulous - such friendly staff

We have just enjoyed the most wonderful holiday in Sri Lanka which was made by the beautiful hotel and fabulous staff at Coast 67 in Ahangama. A stunning setting with gorgeous, quality wooden fixtures and fittings. We stayed for 9 nights which is unusual at this time of year and settled into the rhythm of the hotel very quickly. Beautiful property on great stretch of Kabalana beach. It was really nice walking along the long stretch of beach and having a dip in the warm and clear water. The king size bedroom was big, clean and very comfortable. The pool area was relaxing with comfortable sun beds with a great view of the beach and also direct access. We enjoyed eating lunch at the pool area with some of the best king prawns we had, deep fried in panko breadcrumbs. Everything we had for lunch and breakfast was good...

The location of this accommodation was ideal and the staff were excellent! They were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay very welcoming and comfortable. Breakfast was incredible and I was even offered more, despite being totally full!

I can't imagine there being a better place in Galle. Peaceful. Quiet. Lovely owner. She was so nice to us, my wife was pregnant and even let us stay a bit longer whilst we waited for our taxi as she wasn't feeling well. What a lovely human being! We were welcomed with drinks and a hotel towel. Breakfast was amazing. Staff are really nice. Highly recommend.

Staff were wonderful. Our room was ready at 1pm which was ideal so we could cool down and explore galle. We had such a wonderful stay, would love to stay again
