"This hotel has a terrific location and great breakfast. I stayed previously and if you get in earlier, you can enjoy a fun evening in the lounge. They had music last time with some good flatbread. . They do have 24 hour wine bottles and some alcohol coolers but no beer available for purchase in the lobby area. The downside to the hotel is the outdated rooms. "It was a nice and short stay. I read a lot of reviews before deciding to stay at Bonnie Castle. The reviews were accurate. The staff is friendly. The place is very outdated. My room was very clean but the balcony was small and uncomfortable. I went down to the pool. The smell of "chloramine" (chlorine mixed with urine and sweat) was astounding. The smell burned my eyes. We did not use the pool while we were there but it clearly needed to be fully cleaned."
