"First night arriving was a little tricky locating shuttle and names on shuttle. Raining and dark. Airport could use better lighting around arrival area. Staff at Hotel are great. Friendly and helpful. One thing to note is the internet seemed to be looped through it's American parent as I could not access Canadian content on my Computer...Weird. All in all a very nice Hotel....Thank you"

"What a great place to stay! Right in the heart of downtown Hamilton. So much was in walking distance. The place is so unique and had everything we needed to get ready with my bridesmaids. Very cool spot and very clean. Check-in was easy too."
