"This property was a huge disappointment and not as described. We were placed in a basement unit despite booking what was advertised as a “premier house.” It’s not suitable for six guests. we were only five and still found it inadequate. Basic essentials were lacking: just two rolls of toilet paper for six days (the host was arguing with us that there was more even though we have picture proof there was two), towels smelled of mildew, and not enough sheets for the beds we requested. "Expedia description of house is misleading. We expected the entire house, as per description but when we arrived there was already someone in the house and were informed we only booked the basement. How does the entire house become just a smelly basement apartment. And the upstairs renters had the master code to the basement and let us in as our pass code didn't work. We felt unsafe. The Bay Suites, the host company, lied and said they changed the master code so the upstairs renters...

"Never made it to the stay. Booked/paid in advance via Expedia. According to the checkin directions the property is supposed to send instructions via email 24 hours in advance, that never happened after repeated requests. We contacted Expedia they attempted to get a hold of the proper owner and couldn’t. The day of checkin after several phone calls/left messages and texts the property owners finally messaged us via text with a link to pay and asked me to send a picture of my ID. I relayed and...

"We stayed in this house on a business trip, and it was absolutely perfect. The location is convenient, with many local restaurants and grocery stores. The house is clean and well maintained. The owners are friendly and easy to reach. Highly recommended, we would return!"

"The house is very spacious, is in excellent condition, and well stocked. The beds are very comfortable. We will definitely return. Parking heads up: There is parking for 2 cars (garage and small driveway), but they need to be small or medium-sized cars. If you have a pickup truck, van or other large vehicle you won't fit, and the complex doesn't allow overnight parking in the visitor spots. "

"Nice stay with kitchenette and private room with bathroom. Only issue was the parking situation. It was a very tight fit when owner was also in parking area. Difficult to get in and out and was unable to accommodate any additional vehicles for visitors to property. Otherwise nice basement suite."
