I felt like a rat in a maze, camp sites to close, Swimming pool was great and hot tub. No bbq in our spot Only a fire grate in the site. Beds were very uncomfortable I will not stay here again, nor recommend.

Our cabin had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub/spa and the kids really loved the play areas. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Loved our stay.

It is a nice place to stay in a great location. The unit that we stayed in has a loft which is great for kids but a little tough for adults to change or move around in since it is only about 3 feet clearance at most from floor to ceiling in the loft. The rest of the unit is great.

Overall Great for Family

Overall stay was great. We loved the pool and onsite laundry. Bathrooms were clean. Firewood was expensive but what I could see, you can bring your own. Beach shuttle was broke down with no solution. Location was perfect to enjoy both Wells and Ogunquit beaches. Felt safe for the kids to roam. Overall would stay again, in a cabin.

We had a two bedroom cabin. These cabins are so new they still smelled new. Great amenities of coffee pot, pots and pans, etc. we brought our own sheets and towels, however the facility does rent these upon request. Only downside was it was difficult to get up onto the upper bunk of bed. Would recommend property and would stay here again.

The people that run the campground are very nice and helpful. You can walk to the ocean or take their shuttle. Excellent facilities and location for the price.

The website said wifi included, it isn't but it can be purchased for an extra $4.95 a day. The beds/pillows were extremely uncomfortable. And they ask you to clean (sweep, do dishe, etc. before you leave). Smaller than I thought as well. It was pretty expensive for a step up from tent camping. I will opt for a hotel next time.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff. Check in was quick and simple. We rented a small cabin and were very pleased with the cleanliness and the modern accommodations. The area we stayed in was very peaceful and quite. The pool and the hot tub were the perfect way to end a long day at the beach. The park staff even deliver bundles of wood to your camp site, we tried to tip them but they refuse, very classy! This is our fourth time visiting Wells, and our first time at Moody, we will definitely be back.

Cottage was very clean and comfortable but very run down... Broken window casings, stained ceilings from leaky roof, broken light switch, toilet clog (the latter two were fixed during our stay). Was very surprised by the inferior quality of the unit, itself, but pleased with how clean it was.

Great family environment

We rented one of their cabin trailers and it was amazing!My kids loved being able to ride their bikes to the game room, pool and recreation center. The campground gave us an entertainment schedule for the weekend when we checked in so we know what was available for both adults and kids everyday. I would recommend this place to anyone who has kids.
