"This is a nice little hotel good for a night stay. Plenty of free parking. Hotel staff was very nice and polite. We received a free upgrade from the room with one bed to another room with two beds when the office manager learned that I arrived with a son and two beds suited better to us. Room was clean and had everything what is needed, including microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker. Things to be improved: electrical outlets should be serviced; many of those were loose and could not hold the plugged in cord. Street is very noisy - bring ear plugs."

"Overall, this is one of the best Holiday Inn express locations we’ve ever stayed! Everything from the room to the dining area, etc., was very well laid out, and there were a lot of small organizational things that made sense! Loved the blackout blinds and the bedding was very comfortable. Breakfast area had many many options and was kept stocked and clean! Only complaint was that the omelettes going could’ve been warmer but again it was overall fabulous."

"It was a truly great experience for me coming back to Wenatchee. The staff couldn't even be more helpful with everything that was within their control. Now about the TV issues- The fact that it was in constant scrambled mode instead of just functioning normally, that was definitely the only problem I had in 4 days of being a guest there. That's absolutely got to be taken care of on a permanent basis."
