During check in the staff were very condescending and rude as well as unhelpful. The walk to the room was very eye opening. Trash bins in the hall full of garbage. "It had average reviews online but our room had chunks of blinds missing so that others could easily see into our room, no trash can, the tv remote didn’t work, the floors were dirty, the shower water was freezing, the toilet lid had #2 residue, and there was a condom wrapper behind the radiator. Granted, we got there very late at night and the reception person was kind."

"If you are looking for just a place to sleep this is it. Beds are comfy and staff is awesome. But the breakfast is subpar at best and the hotel isn’t the best upkept one."

"The room was not what we expected. The beds were hard as a rock. The pillows were so thin they were barely considered pillows. We had no refrigerator. The cabinet was empty, where the refrigerator used to be. The bathroom was important condition. The toilet was barely flushing. the faucet was extremely loose. The pool was closed while we were there for cleaning, but we never saw anyone actually cleaning it and as far as the breakfast goes, it’s a bagel and a waffle or a bowl of cereal were not...

"Hot tub Area was wonderful nuce and clean and a staff member is always in there Only issue was the hot tub was dirty you could see the dirt ring in there"

"Had to switch room because of a leak in the 1st room. Them Then the second room had a big puddle of water in the room because of a storm. The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. Had to get a manager just to get someone to clean up the water"
