"Wow!! Where to being? Every interaction I had with the staff, and I’m ashamed to say there was a lot, was amazing. Every time they were more than accommodating and kind. We first needed to change our reservation, which they easily did. Then there was some issue with our check in, which were 100% my own fault, and again they accommodated us. The only slightly negative thing we experienced was at breakfast. It was all over pancakes and wasn’t even the fault of the staff. Just be advised they do have an automated pancake maker, and the day that we were there was very busy. I absolutely love the idea of fresh pancakes though and my kids did say they enjoyed them. There will be a wait if it’s busy. There also aren’t phone charging outlets in the rooms, so don’t forget your brick. Other than that, this was an absolutely beautiful hotel. It felt like staying in an apartment complex and not a hotel at all. Parking is tight if you drive a big vehicle. If we have to travel to Saint Louis again we will be staying here. "
