"Staff not very helpful when you asked for assistance. Absolutely NO view from the room. Windows are frosted over room was very dark, poor lighting. Room was clean. A lot of walking to get to the elevator."

"Hotel in general was excellent. Staff very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Restaurants were terrific. Dinners at B-Prime and The American Bar & Grill were superb. Had “The big” steaks for 2”. Worth the price. Cooked perfectly. Wait staff worth it. Room clean, sizable and comfortable. Re: “Rewards/Casino Cards”, didn’t get until after first dinner didn’t know about all benefits until checking out. Missed a lot of points because of this, such as should have charged all food and beverage to room for larger point growth and for extra discounts. Also for military discount. Borgata is a great place to stay. Recommend it highly. Look forward to our next stay. Thanks, it was memorable!!!"
