"The Hotel was great, we arrived in the evening after a last minute booking. The staff were good, room was large and comfortable, it was all stress free. The hotel & staff were great, couldn't have wanted anything more, especially under the current circumstances."

"funny as it may seem, It´s one of the closest hotels to Dammam airport. It´s very nice, staff is very welcoming and I was upgraded to a much bigger room. However, hallways have tiles instead of carpet and are vey wide. The noise coming from people walking, talking or handling trolleys is very loud and kept me from sleeping early for a vey early flight."

"The place is good, spacious, staff are friendly and helpful. Regular cleaning was good as well. However, there were some insects kept showing in the toilet. I reported it and they sprayed the place but it didn’t help. "

"the worst hotel ever i checked in after 6 PM i waited 3 hours to get my room and the stuff is have issue with dealing with customers if i have to go again i will never ever come to this hotel "

"The room was big but was sparsely furnished. The door conditioner worked well but was a bit noisy. The two main things I did not like was there were no towels, no drinking water, and no kettle to heat water. I'm sure I could have gone down and asked for these things but it was after midnight when I checked in and I had to get up early the next morning. There was no phone in the room."

"We had a pretty good experience at this hotel but when we used the laundry service, the amount of money they charged us ruined the whole experience and reputation of this hotel. What a disgrace. They charged us $400 to do a load of laundry. They weren't clear about how much it would cost up from and this was the result. Disgusting."
