"Our room was clean, bathroom was very clean. It was very peaceful at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing all the information we needed for our stay. The bar and restaurant had very good food, and drink. We had a beach / water view from our room and balcony. The beach is located across the street from the hotel making it very easy to access. I highly recommend this hotel. Rates are very reasonable considering the location."

"This is a charming hotel with immaculate rooms that are charming and spacious! The staff are wonderful - friendly and accommodating. The grounds are well kept with a charming little guest area to lounge and have a cup of coffee. Only a half mile walk to the beach and under a mile to town so very walkable too!"

"Exceptional location - quick walk to the VH ferry. Bus stops right outside the motel as well. Staff went above and beyond and the room decor was so cute!! Will def stay here again. Only thing that would put it over the top would be to get the outside shower working."

"Check in took 45 minutes; they blamed Expedia and charged me more for the realigning balance than what my receipt said. The Club House is nice and modern. You can tell the campers are beaten up: doors do not close, chipped wood on doors and cabinets. Dirty floor only swept not mopped. Broken rails on the deck."

"We have some mixed feelings. In our initial room, the sofa bed mechanism was broken and the mattress did not lay flat. Staff was very responsive; moved us to another large room with a rollaway bed and that worked out fine. Our second night, the fire alarm went off at about 11:00 PM and we were outside the building until 1:30. Many fire trucks and emergency vehicles appeared and we could view smoke rising from our end of the building but there was no official information shared with the...

"Come here every year with our kids. Solid breakfast. The kids love the pool, 20min walk to the island Queen ferry. Staff were always helpful"

"Overpriced, dirty and outdated.. We were there for the July 4th weekend and I get it its a very busy time, but they had employess just around that could have helped maybe pickup some trash etc.. The beach is the only beautiful thing, room was smelly and just very old. Don't waste your money here!"
