"There was a problem with communication about the property. I was never told about the power outage and also the property did not have AC system in all rooms. Some of the doors were bad and were never fixed and this was the same complaint for past reviews. The host did not care too much. We were checked in late and were not even compensated for the check out. They had "I do not care" attitude. It is a beautiful property but a terrible host."

"The Valley lodge is Excellent in respect of amenities, safety, restaurants, the staff at the restaurants and lodge are helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent as well.
The host was attentive to our needs and request all the time. She really deserves 5 stars ✨.

"a terrible, small, smelly caravan awaited us with a toilet and shower around the corner in a dark small outside room. No cookware and cutlery were outdated and old.
We did not stay there and booked another accommodation, therefore needed to pay twice for accommodation for our holiday.
When confronted the owner about the crappy caravan she just replied
" In 6 months time, you will laugh about your experience at The Stables""
