"Check in was easy. But upon check in we were notified that the pool was down for maintenance and that the advertised breakfast included was not available for over a year. I complained at check that I those amenties should have been notified and updated in their advertising and that would have caused me not to book the hotel if they were known. The management of the hotel said they have told Expedia for several months and Expedia has not changed it. If we wish any compensation if must be though Expedia.
Now as the evening progressed from 9pm-11pm there was someone trying to break into our room 4 different times with a key that opened the door, but we had 2nd deadbolt on. My daughter would get up and relock the door. At 11 pm we started recieving prank calls and hang ups. We called to front desk very upset and complained and then sent a sercurity guard up immediatley to check. When security arrived we discovered with him the the dead bolt was completely pulled off from the door and making it imposible to open the door. The guard said "We will move you to another room, one of you must come downstairs to get the new keys to the new room on a different floor. " As I was exiting the room 3 teenage boys from a baseball team were in the hall with one turning and going in the room across from us and the other two (#7,
on shirts) run to other end of hall to a room. I reported that to front desk and a coach/parent I saw in elevator. 2nd room was without hair dryer,& trashcan"
