"This rental is phenomenal! Beautiful design and layout. Amazing landscaping with a spectacular view from the back deck. We chose this property at the last minute due to a decision to stay in Sedona for 2 more nights. Owner and rental agent both very accommodating, especially with a couple minor hiccups. Remedied immediately with effective and speedy communication! So close to the Sugarloaf trail!!! Ultimate question, would we rent again? Definitive YES!!!"

"We loved the idea of having a fully fenced backyard for our pups. It was very inviting and clean. Had everything and extras of anything you could need for your stay. The only thing l could complain about is the chairs on the dining room table need to be tightened. Most of the legs were loose. We will definitely keep this place in my for our next stay. "

"Split level was fine with short stairs between levels, separating the rooms on opposite sides of the house. Missing soap and shampoo racks or trays in the showers, kitchen missing pizza cutter and a bit short on servings for 8, only 6 of plates and cups. Coffee maker good for 4 persons, not 6-8."
