"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was very clean and true to the photos, but for some reason, it smelled like urine. Not sure if it was the cleaner that was used, maybe it contained ammonia? We asked the staff if there was an open room to switch to, but they were all booked. They did give us a bottle of febreeze, but unfortunately the smell was unpleasant and persisted. The hot water turned on quickly and stayed hot though! It was an overall okay budget stay. "The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Flagstaff, Arizona, USA was fantastic! Check-in was easy, the staff was kind and knowledgeable, and the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't eat breakfast, but it smelled delicious in the morning, and everyone seemed to be enjoying it. I would recommend staying at this Marriott and will do so again when I travel. Great job, Marriott!"
