"We found two roaches in our room. We asked and were granted a late checkout the night before. The morning of, housekeeping and hotel other staff knocked and called, disturbing quiet time with our young children telling us it was past checkout. Late checkout was at noon. Housekeeping came at 10, the phone call and other knock came at 11."

"The room smelled so bad like mould and mildew. One of the hotel staff offered to move us to a different room which also smelled like ammonia. I had to call Expedia to get a refund. Luckily, the Fairfield was across the street so I got to stay there instead. save yourself the time."
