"Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff."
"Nice stay staff friendly, comfy bed clean bathroom does need a lick of paint in places and some marks on carpet cleaned.
We had breakfast nice selection would have liked a bit hotter however quality was good."
"Online search showed hotel had a pool - called Reception only to be told there was none. Daughter disappointed. LOTS of dogs present during our stay (I love dogs) but as an asthmatic, I was wheezy - despite asking for pet-free room. Literally watched neighbours beside us bring dogs into their room! Do better Delta.
Room faced the ocean - but windows dirty and obstructed view. But I guess salt spray would do that? Breakfast here was so-so (hot items not fresh and under heat lamps too long)."
"The 1-min walk from the train station is the hotel's best feature - super convenient. Staff are friendly. The downside is the dated facilities. There is no air conditioning, and only a fan is available. It was fine when we visited though, as the weather was cool. You can store the luggage there for free when you check out, which was nice for me"
"We didn't stay at the property, as when we entered the 4th floor bedroom it was really hot. the window was open to its 3 inch extent, and there was a tower fan, that had little effect on the heat . The reception staff said that none of the rooms had working air conditioning, so we couldn't change rooms. We decided to leave and find alternative accomodation."
