"An unnecessary amount was asked at the time of check-in which was no where mentioned at the time of booking. There was no water and electricity available in the morning. We were told that electricity is out but the 'aquarium' placed at the counter was ON ALONG WITH THE LIGHTS IN THE ALLEY so basically they are just DECEIVING the customers that electricity is not available while they had DELIBERATELY switched it OFF. "We family of four stayed for 3 days and it was really much enjoying experience as rooms were neat clean and spacious. Service was excellent. Morning breakfast was having adequate varities . They arranged for us separate space in another room since hall was full. Dinner buffet option available wirh good menu at reasonable cost. Overall nice experience and surely will visit again. "

"My friend and I were welcomed the moment we entered the building. The check-in process was pretty fast, and they guided us to the room. Complimentary daily breakfast and breakfast dishes were delicious. There is a restaurant at the top of the building. They provided the menu in each room, which you simply phone to order dishes. They will bring a tray of your order to your room. There is a TV and hundred of free channels in the room. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable....

"Horrific experience. My entire trip was ruined because of one night's stay at Woodstock. There is no hot water here and the water is incredibly dirty, I fell sick the next day and was sick for my entire trip after this horrible hotel. Absolute garbage in every way, which is consistent with all Polo Tower properties. Terrible company and terrible location. Disgraceful Service in every way. "
