"I love this place. It's the only place we stay at in Austin. I was a bit discouraged on our last visit. The AC did not work well. Then it was "fixed" but still changed itself to warm temperatures in the middle of the night. It was a bit frustrating. Still like this place though."

"The place was pretty great but we had a few unfortunate things happen during our stay. First, upon arrival, we found blood on the mat in our bathroom. Then on our last day there a pip burst and flooded our closet soaking all of our clothes and quickly flooding our bathroom. We had to change room 2 more times as the bathtub was backed up in the next room. We also were then now not on the club level which we paid for, nor near the rest of our party. This wasn't a huge deal as we still had club access, just an annoyance. The club and benefits were wonderful. The pool was great though the service was incredibly slow at the pool bar."

"no hot water, TV did not work, unfriendly staff yelling at customers who after long hours of travel cannot get a hot shower. The hallways and stairways stink. absolute sham of a place"
