"I have stayed in the Colts Neck Inn back in 2024. The location is perfect, the property is quaint and the continental breakfast is just enough to get the day started. It is a pet friendly Inn and there is a bit of a musty dog odor in the rooms. I sprayed a dollar general perfume and it was fine. I will stay there again, I like the Inn."

"We stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved the location. Unfortunately, our overall experience with the customer service was not as positive. When we arrived in our room, we noticed that there was no body soap. We contacted the front desk, but we were left on hold for quite a long time. Since we had arrived late at night and were already very tired, it was frustrating to have to use shampoo as body soap because we never received the proper amenity. On the positive side, we appreciated the complimentary water, and the breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast staff and bar attendants truly went above and beyond and provided excellent service. We really enjoyed the location and some aspects of our stay, but we hope the hotel can improve its communication and responsiveness when guests need assistance."
