"I got this room to be able to sleep in and reset. no other reason and was woken up at 740 in the morning to the fire alarms going off . Obviously very scary to wake up too . Staff is running around trying to shut it off and when I asked if it was normal I was told it was. I also asked for late checkout and was told that was fine and had housekeeping banging on my door at 930 am . Very disappointed"

"It was wonderful to have the refrigerator and sink to make some small meals while I was there. The bed was comfortable and they had a pillow that I liked, which is rare. It was easy to get in and out of the building to my car. The location was perfect for what I was there for."

"Lots of broken glass in parking lot. No room cleaning unless you ask. They charge for towels. I've never heard of that before."

"The property was under construction when we stayed. It was nice but construction prevented me from giving it 5 stars. Great location close to great recusants and shopping. Will be a great hotel once remodel is done. Also, very close to a running and bike trail."

"The hotel had recent updates which you could see. Our bathroom shower door leaked (no seal at the bottom of the door to keep the water from running out; had to double up towels to soak up the water). Not enough towels so had to go down to the front desk to request more. The sink in the bathroom, bowl sink, is just terrible. It's hard not to get water all over the countertop. That's not the hotel's fault but just a terrible design. Then there's the bed: So squeaky. I think the...
