"The room was clean but a little shabby. I chose this location because it was .15 miles from the Federal Building and I could walk to it from this location. Instead of the staff trying to tell me everything when I checked in after a very difficult day of travel a written-out instruction sheet in the room would have been helpful. Also, a sheet of nearby restaurants would have been very helpful. Some of the work staff tried to get into conversations and only the person at the desk should have been in the conversation. The morning breakfast was good, but some of the staff has attitudes that were out of place."

"Would prefer to have paper cups instead of glass, don’t know how clean those are. The shower wasnt very clean, grout was black and spots in the corners were dirty. And need more breakfast options"

"This downstairs looked and smelled great the food was fairly good. The waffles were excellent! I was on the 4th floor and it smelled a little musty and moldy and there were cigarette smell like the elevator. The bed and pillows really needed updated"
