Hotel murah di West Monroe

"1 of the tvs didn’t work both remotes didn’t work moldy food under beds mold or something by sink broken switch broken plugs on table outlet disgustingly stained chair and bench. Wish I would’ve asked for my money back and just left honestly. Staff was great but room made me want to never come back. Honestly probably won’t."

"Upon check-in it was about 9:00 p.m. the room they sent us to already had people in it. So back downstairs we went only to find no one at the desk. We waited and finally got a room. Not the cleanest room, but we were tired as it was 930 by this time. In the morning while taking our things to the car, we noticed the side doors were not closed, so anyone could walk in. For the price for one night, it sure was disappointing"

"Power went out right after we checked in. Never came back on while we were there. Left after room got way too hot. Property is little run down, trying to renovate but place is 5 out of 10 stars at best."

"Terrible stay"

"Where to start. Check-in was so easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and comfortable. There were drawers to unpack, unlike the highly rated Lincoln hotel in Chicago, where all of the suitcases took up floor space! Unfortunately a very severe storm came through and we lost power, in fact no power within 15-20 miles. The staff was exceptional! They would refund that night and any others if you had booked them. They helped those that chose to move down towards Toledo...

"No hot water for the shower. Front door is busted and doesn't contain any kind of lock and"

"The AC didn’t circulate around the room. The fire alarm was beeping. There was a storm, the power went out and we couldn’t stay overnight. We had to leave the same night."

"The bathroom floor and shower room needed to be more clean. Also, more breakfast options would be great and there was no coffee most of the time. In general, our stay was good."

"The best way I could describe this experience without being too transparent is make this your very last option. The location of this hotel is not only dangerous but it is not appealing to the eye at all. I had no idea that it was in the middle of a number of dispensaries. When I returned back to the hotel from a conference, I literally watched four drug sales right in front of the hotel as I'm walking for my car. The later it got at night the worst the activity. I went down to the front desk...

"We liked everything about this hotel but two things surprised us and made the stay more expensive than anticipated. First, only paid parking was available and the hotel alerted us to this fact right after we were locked in with no chance for cancellation. Not surprising since the hotel is downtown, but it would have been helpful had the information been more accessible before booking. Second, breakfast was not included and seemed expensive for what you got. That was on us since we did not read...
