My check in was terrible. We were not greeted. The front desk staff member had absolutely no customer service and his tag said that he was a manager. He was very short and simply told us to "tap, swipe, or insert here" with out explaining what he was charging us for (incidentals). It was very disappointing ...

Tideline Palm Beach Ocean Resort and Spa
I am very unhappy with my stay at Tideline, because they have too much hidden charges, which wasn’t explained when checking in and I had to pay extra plus deposit that should return to me after checking out that I haven’t received one week now. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
