"Hotel lobby was probably the best part of the hotel. Rooms were decent and clean, but definitely needed some maintenance. The bathroom drains weren't clearing properly and a few of the lights in the room didn't work. The AC also has issues. The staff at the front were very friendly and helpful though. "I was transferred to an earlier flight and arrived earlier than I had planned. I called to explain and they said the earliest I could check in was 3pm. We arrived at 3pm amd were told tooms were still not ready. The next moring house keeping let themselves in the room at 10am when checkout was at 11am. My daughter and I felt rushed so we left as quickly as possible. The check in and out was frustrating"

"The front staff was borderline incompetent!!! She couldn't program the keys correctly and my key didn't work the first time at all. Apparently this was a her issue because a bunch of people came in to get their room keys fixed while I was checking in. She also verbally gave me a room number but then wrote down a completely different room number on my key folder which was another person's room. Didn't really matter because the key didn't work on either room anyway. The walls are paper thin and...

"Room was really clean, and spacious. Breakfast had a good selection, new choices every day, and was good quality. Pool was a decent size but was clean and nice to cool off in. Area is not the best, a little dangerous compared to other parts of phoenix, but was ok in the day light. Staff was wonderful and super nice. Had a water fountain with clean cold water, and vending machines with a bunch of snacks for good prices!"

"Totally recommend. The front desk staff is very kind and friendly. The room was super clean, easily one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at and it was perfect. The bed was very comfortable as well, we had a good rest. Area was quiet and had plenty of food options around. Totally recommend and will be back! "
