"We enjoyed meeting the staff as we checked in during normal business hours this time. They were very helpful. We reported a broken glass bottle by the gate we used to get to our room and when left the room right afterwards, it was already cleaned up."

"We were ripped off on the breakfast included as the hotel decided they would only voucher the adults and not the kids i guess it depended on who you talked to at the front desk and there was no where to sit and eat. either the seats were wet, sit at a bar with my kids or site with our plates in our laps. Room was extremely run down"
