"Very professional and experienced staff. I watched and listened to the front desk clerk dealing with a customer at checkout. who was making a big display about an error made his company's agent. Hilton Honor protocol was followed to the letter by the desk clerk and the issue was resolved respectfully by the clerk. Some businesses travelers do more damage to their business by the way they conduct themselves. The desk clerk made Hilton look good by his professional conduct with a difficult person. Thank you for the wonderful stay we had you are awesome."

"Everything was great. We had a minor temperature issue with our room. But the staff was very helpful & we were able to work out the inconvenience. The indoor pool was great as well."
