"Great facility over all! Because of the in and out of guest from SeaWorld and the other amazing attractions the guests rooms and floors smell like a sweaty locker room/ musty. This is not our first travel so we always travel with fabric Fabreeze and it helped. Again some of the bar areas around the pool were closed, I’m sure the economy! BUT the fresh water outdoor pool was amazing since we made the trip to visit with family for a couple of days. Hot tub did not disappoint at all! They have a pool table but nothing for smaller kiddos to do, which is a shame because the property is so beautiful with so much potential for some outdoor fun! So bring your own outdoor games if traveling with smaller kiddos. Breakfast had lots of choices from hot to continental style. The staff was kind and on top of it! Beautiful property!"

"Very professional and experienced staff. I watched and listened to the front desk clerk dealing with a customer at checkout. who was making a big display about an error made his company's agent. Hilton Honor protocol was followed to the letter by the desk clerk and the issue was resolved respectfully by the clerk. Some businesses travelers do more damage to their business by the way they conduct themselves. The desk clerk made Hilton look good by his professional conduct with a difficult person. Thank you for the wonderful stay we had you are awesome."
