"The location is amazing. So many restaurants and shops. Easy access to Blue line train. Great neighborhood! The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was primarily baked goods that were dry and almost seemed like day olds. An egg frittata was served twice which was a great addition but it was flat like a pancake and cold. "Me and my girlfriend stayed here for two nights. Overall, I think that we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few things that peeved us. The biggest thing was that though hot water just wouldn’t turn off no matter what we tried. The water was scolding hot so we were unable to use the shower. Also, the customer service was a little poor with no one being on site. Help was hard to come by if they fix the water issue and maybe had a bit more responsiveness I would easily rate them four stars, but...
