"I had 2 rooms. 1 room (414) did not have a phone, the microwave didn't have power. The other room was fine. We didn't like that there was only 1 elevator working as we had to wait quite a while sometimes to go up or down. We understand that the hotel is undergoing renovations. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"We come up to the Berkshires every year for Tanglewood and always stay here. The rooms are always clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms have either a full kitchen or kitchenette so at the very least you can have coffee when you wake-up. The fact that Vacation Village is on Brodie Mountain it's quiet and restful."

"Check-in could not have been easier, and it was clear that staff is dedicated to having a clean, today environment. Our room, with 2 full beds, was very spacious, and the grounds were nicely landscaped and maintained. The accommodations are rustic , but the management provides a thoughtful array of touches to make the stay comfortable. There are Continental breakfast items left in the rooms for the next day. Although considerate, this was not my favorite part of the package. I would have preferred something more freshly crafted, maybe involving a local cafe/bakery. We were grateful for the partnership with the restaurant across the street for a great Italian meal."
