"Excellent location in Worthing opposite the railway station. The staff could not have been more lovely and helpful. I could not have had a better reception and support throughout the stay. Very upbeat and can do. I asked for a quiet room which was noted( does not often happen) so had a room at the back of the hotel. The room was excellent, comfortable bed and all the amenities you require. Nice decor and ample towels. Impressive shower with waterfall shower head as an alternative to the regular version. The view from the room was the only draw back as not the nicest but another location might have been less peaceful. Maybe a brisk clean of the roller blind chains would be good. Impressed with Netflix on the tv and the WiFi signal was great.
I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel which were of a very good standard, again morning staff were really pleasant and positive. The bar/ restaurant is very welcoming and as a solo traveller I felt completely relaxed in the environment which again is not always the case.
This hotel is definitely recommended for the quality of staff, room, location and atmosphere."
